Important Announcement!

Hello everyone! I wanted to inform you guys of something you may or may not already know about. If you've played Pokemon, you know that when you put your 3ds into sleep mode, it turns off the wifi, however it does not work that way in Animal Crossing. I left my gates open then put my 3ds into sleep mode thinking it would automatically disconnect my game from the wifi thus closing my gates, well~ ACNL doesn't roll that way! Someone came in my town and stole all my pink hybrids. I was pretty furious but it's okay because I managed to grow most of them back. It's the purple roses they stole that I'm having real trouble with.

So the lesson to be learned here is to always check whether you gates are closed or open before abandoning or putting your 3ds into sleep mode. Because if you're unlucky and someone does sneak in your town, the game does not give you a record of your visitors so there's no way of knowing who stole what.
